Japanese Spanish mackerel is so tasty, as Sashimi, roast, and simmered in miso. Most delicious one is fishing in Toyama bay, I recommend. Of cause, it is so tasty wherever it fished in.

Yesterday, I taste it by Sashimi. It was lovely, bland in taste, good in taste, and going well with beer. I descript nothing anymore.
